Ingredients:
- 100g gluten free oats
- 20g pumpkin seeds
- 20g coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- .20g flaked almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Heaped tbsp milled flax and chia seed mix .
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 18g bag dried strawberry
- Mix all ingredients bar the dried strawberries together in a bowl, ensuring all dry ingredients are covered in wet.
- Spread evenly over baking sheet, lined with baking paper
- Bake for 20 mins on 180c, stirring halfway through
- Mix in dried strawberries
- Store in a sealed jar
