Strawberry and Ginger Smoothie

Smoothies are becoming more and more popular with a variety of recipes. Here's ours! Strawberry ginger smoothie. Make a healthy recipe for your kid.

 

Makes: 2 smoothies
Time: 10 minutes + freezing
Age: 5+ years 


Ingredients:

100ml unsweetened almond milk
50ml freshly squeezed orange juice
50g unsweetened Greek yoghurt
50g strawberries
30g mango
½ slice of fresh ginger
3 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Spoon the yoghurt on the paper in dollops and place in the freezer for at least 3h. You can prepare this ahead and store it in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
